Facebook User Data Deletion

If you have connected your Facebook account or Facebook Page to AutomateSMM and would like to delete data associated with your Facebook connection, you may request deletion at any time.

Option 1: Disconnect Facebook from AutomateSMM

• Log in to your AutomateSMM account.
• Go to Dashboard → Social Accounts.
• Find your connected Facebook account or Page.
• Click Disconnect.
• Confirm that you want to disconnect Facebook.

AutomateSMM will remove the Facebook connection and associated authorization credentials according to our data-retention and privacy practices.

Option 2: Remove AutomateSMM from Facebook

You may also revoke AutomateSMM's access directly through Facebook:

• Log in to Facebook.
• Open Settings & privacy → Settings.
• Go to the section where Facebook manages apps, websites, or business integrations connected to your account.
• Locate AutomateSMM.
• Select the option to remove or revoke access.
• Confirm the removal.

After access is revoked, AutomateSMM will no longer be authorized to access your Facebook account through that authorization.

Option 3: Request Complete Data Deletion

If you would like us to delete personal data associated with your AutomateSMM account, submit a data deletion request through our support/contact channel.

Please provide enough information for us to identify your AutomateSMM account. For your security, we may need to verify that you are the account owner before processing the request.

After verification, we will delete or anonymize personal data that is eligible for deletion, including applicable stored Facebook connection information and authorization credentials.

Some information may be retained where reasonably necessary to comply with legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or regulatory obligations.

What May Be Deleted

Depending on how you use AutomateSMM, a verified deletion request may include deletion or anonymization of applicable:

• Facebook account or Page connection information
• Facebook identifiers associated with the connection
• Stored Facebook OAuth authorization credentials
• Facebook Page information stored by AutomateSMM
• AutomateSMM profile information
• Social account connection records
• Other personal information associated with the account that is eligible for deletion

Revoked or deleted OAuth credentials will no longer be used by AutomateSMM to access the applicable Facebook account or Page.

Processing of Deletion Requests

We will process verified data deletion requests within a reasonable period and in accordance with applicable privacy and data-protection requirements.

We may contact you if additional information is required to verify your identity or identify the account associated with your request.
